What our guests have to say

  • My entire family had an amazing time at the Landing last weekend. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and felt safe with Covid protocols in place. Our room far exceeded our expectations with cozy yet sleek decor, a minibar area, and a gas burning fireplace. It was truly home away from home.We thoroughly enjoyed the heated outdoor pool and hot tub.The hotel has lake views and is in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood yet a short walk to Heavenly Village.I couldn’t think of a thing I would change.

  • Everything about this hotel from the staff to the quality of the room was top notch. All the staff, including the general manager Ken, were more than attentive to our needs and helpful at every turn. Hotel shuttle service made it very smooth to get around. Lake view from the room was amazing to wake up to. Great central location. Fireplace in rooms, heated toilet seats, amazing overhead shower, tub with massage jets, bar in room, and the attention to detail from all the staff – all made us never want to leave. Our family of 6 loved this hotel and staff and highly recommend!

  • From the moment we arrived, Casey at the Front Desk took immediate control and made my wife and daughter at ease that we had made the right choice. He was personable, funny, and empathetic to a tired family that had travelled all day. He even took our bags to the room for us!

  • My only requirements when booking here were a good view of Lake Tahoe and an ADA accessible room. The Landing provided both in spectacular fashion. Let me just say that this establishment is in the business of providing more of an experience than a place to lay your head down at night. Yes, for me it was a personal indulgence and at the high end of what I’ve ever budgeted for accommodations, but if you want a Tahoe experience centered on the lake itself with an abundance of creature comforts, you can justify the cost of a lakefront room, especially if a visit to Tahoe is something you rarely do.
