FAQ background

What is the difference between a Lakefront King and a Premier King room?

The most notable difference is the view and the size of the rooms. While both rooms are equipped with a fireplace and a balcony or patio, only the Lakefront King guarantees a picture-perfect view of Lake Tahoe. The Premier room is twice the size, includes a jetted bath tub and a nice seating area in front of the larger fireplace.

All of our Premier rooms guarantee a bathtub and balcony.

Lakeview Two Queens, Lakeview King, Premier Lake Front Suite, One Bedroom Lakefront Suite. (ADA versions included).

All of our rooms are dog friendly and they are allowed almost everywhere on property, including on the shuttle. We just kindly ask that they don’t swim in our pool. The pet fee is $75/night.

The first floor Lakeview Rooms have a private fire pit, and while you’re able to request that room, we’re not able to guarantee a specific room. There are also fire pits on Jimmy’s patio which cannot be specifically reserved and are first come, first serve.

All rooms come with a mini fridge, but no microwaves. We have a small handful upon request, but cannot guarantee that one will be available during your stay and kindly ask that you do not depend on having one.

Our guaranteed check-in time is 4pm; however, you’re welcome to arrive whenever you would like throughout the day. We’ll do our best to find a room that is ready for you and if not, we can store your luggage, place you on a priority queue, you can begin to enjoy the resort and we’ll call you when the room is ready.

Please call down the morning of your departure and our front desk agent would be happy to let you know our availability for a late checkout.

Where will your shuttle take us and do we need to schedule it ahead of time?

Anywhere within a 1.5-mile radius and it operates on a first come-first serve basis.

While we do not, there are a few options. The South Tahoe Airporter is the most economical way and our shuttle can pick you up from the casino where they’ll drop you off. We also partner with a private, professional driver that we’re happy to arrange for you. Taking an Uber from the airport is usually easier than getting an Uber back down to the airport and we recommend arranging for a cab instead, especially for those early morning flights.

Year-Round: Wi-Fi access, entry to the Hot Tub & Pool, the shuttle, fitness center, welcome beverage.

  • Summer Season: Addition of: Complimentary Bike. Beach Pass for Lakeside Beach for up to 6 people per room reserved.
  • Winter Season: Addition of: Ski/snowboard storage & boot warmers.

The beach is public with a charge for entering. All of our guests are provided with two beach pass per room free of charge.
