Resort Policies & Amenities

Cancellation Policy

In response to these challenging times we have updated our Cancellation Policy and will allow a full change or cancellation without a charge up to 72 hours prior to arrival unless a non-refundable promotional rate is booked.

 

  • We will promote social distancing and instruct our guests where to wait if there are other guests checking in.
  • Guests will be seated at a distance of 6 ft from associates during the check in process.
  • Guests will be pre blocked and sanitized room keys will be provided.
  • Desk, chairs, pens will all be sanitized post guest check in.
  • Bellman will escort Guests to their room for room location and can assist with luggage.
  • Bellman will wear a mask and gloves and change after each use.
  • Bell carts will be sanitized after each use.
  • Lobby coffee station and magazines have been removed.
  • We will continue to offer complimentary champagne at check in.
  • Hand sanitizer available in all public areas.
  • Disposable sanitizer wipes available for all staff to wipe down any area or equipment that staff comes in contact with.
  • Wear Disposable gloves and protective masks.
  • All doors and windows to be opened to air out the room.
  • Remove all paper products from restrooms and replenish with new items.
  • Clean and disinfect all areas with special attention to high touch areas in restrooms such as all door handles, light switches, faucets and toilet handles, locks.
  • Clean and disinfect waste basket and recycle bin.
  • Fresh gloves used after cleaning to finish making up the room and using fresh towels and linens.
  • All cleaning equipment will be cleaned and disinfected after each use.
  • Increased Public Areas staff will be assigned throughout the property to perform cleaning and disinfecting of areas on a more frequent basis.
  • All public restrooms sanitized every hour and signed off by staff when completed.
  • Fitness Center cleaned and sanitized every hour.
  • Guests must leave the room for a period of 3 hours to limit contact.
  • Staff will enter the room after a period of 3 hours and must wear gloves and protective masks at all times.
  • All doors and windows to be opened to air out the room.
  • Only EPA Approved cleaning products to be used for cleaning.
  • All proper cleaning standards and protocols are used to clean the room.
  • Fresh gloves are used after cleaning to finish making up the room and using fresh towels and linens.
  • Any cleaning rags will be changed out for each room cleaned.
  • All cleaning equipment will be cleaned and disinfected after each use.

Anywhere within a 2 mile radius and it operates on a first come-first serve basis.

While we do not, there are a few options. The South Tahoe Airporter is the most economical way and our shuttle can pick you up from the casino where they’ll drop you off. We also partner with a private, professional driver that we’re happy to arrange for you. Taking an Uber from the airport is usually easier than getting an Uber back down to the airport and we recommend arranging for a cab instead, especially for those early morning flights.

The beach is public with a charge for entering. All of our guests are provided with two beach pass per room free of charge.

Our guaranteed check-in time is 4pm; however, you’re welcome to arrive whenever you would like throughout the day. We’ll do our best to find a room that is ready for you and if not, we can store your luggage, place you on a priority queue, you can begin to enjoy the resort and we’ll call you when the room is ready.

Please call down the morning of your departure and our front desk agent would be happy to let you know our availability for a late checkout.

All of our rooms are dog friendly and they are allowed almost everywhere on property, including on the shuttle. We just kindly ask that they don’t swim in our pool. The pet fee is $75/night.

All rooms come with a mini fridge, but no microwaves. We have a small handful upon request, but cannot guarantee that one will be available during your stay and kindly ask that you do not depend on having one.

All of our Premier rooms guarantee a bathtub and balcony.

If we want a bathtub and a balcony, what room should we book?

All of our Premier rooms guarantee a bathtub and balcony.

Lakeview Two Queens, Lakeview King, Premier Lake Front Suite, One Bedroom Lakefront Suite. (ADA versions included).

All of our rooms are dog friendly and they are allowed almost everywhere on property, including on the shuttle. We just kindly ask that they don’t swim in our pool. The pet fee is $75/night.

The first floor Lakeview Rooms have a private fire pit, and while you’re able to request that room, we’re not able to guarantee a specific room. There are also fire pits on Jimmy’s patio which cannot be specifically reserved and are first come, first serve.

The Landing Resort & Spa provides all food and beverage services for your event, except for the wedding cake which is to be provided by a licensed bakery. Our talented and experienced dining staff can offer complete menu consultation and excellent recommendations to customize an event.

When is your peak season?

The Tahoe Basin and our Resort is most busy during the Summer months.

Hiking (over 800 trailheads) and biking. Lake activities including: swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, boat rentals, parasailing, boat tours, fishing charters. ATV tours, hot air balloon rides, horseback riding, ropes course, ziplining, mountain coaster on Heavenly, carriage rides.

Skiing and snowboarding; Heavenly Ski Resort is closest at only .5 mile away; Sierra at Tahoe is about 19 miles away. Ice skating, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, snowmobiling tours, tubing, sledding, sleigh rides in Incline Village, carriage rides, fishing charters.
