All the staff, including the general manager Ken, were more than attentive to our needs and helpful at every turn. Hotel shuttle service made it very smooth to get around. Lake view from the room was amazing to wake up to. Great central location. Fireplace in rooms, heated toilet seats, amazing overhead shower, tub with massage jets, bar in room, and the attention to detail from all the staff – all made us never want to leave. Our family of 6 loved this hotel and staff and highly recommend!
